Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective).

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (subject to stock availability).
  • Defective products.
  • Incorrect items received.

Customers requesting a size exchange may be responsible for applicable shipping charges.


Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock after order confirmation.
  • Incorrect item cannot be replaced.
  • Verified defective or damaged product.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  2. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Include your order number and issue details.
  4. Our team will review your request and provide a resolution.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for return approval instructions.
  4. Ship the product to the provided return address.
  5. Once inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Quwwat Wear.
  • Shipping charges for approved defective or incorrect items may be covered by us.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
